Our History
Liturgica was founded in the early 1960's by Mr. Gaston Parent. The original store was on Montreal Road in Vanier. In 1966, it was purchased by Landy's Ltd from Toronto and moved to the newly built St-Laurent Shopping Centre.
Gradual expansion followed and in 1976, Liturgica moved to its current Old Innes road location in the east end of Ottawa.
In 1983, the store was bought by Gaétan Dupuis, a candle manufacturer from St-Jérôme (Québec). After he passed away in 1986, his daughter Pierrette Bastien and her husband André took over the business and successfully continue to operate Liturgica to this day, with the recent addition of the third generation, their son Philippe-André (since 1999) and son-in-law Ghislain Cyr (since 2001).

Liturgica Inc is a family business specializing in the sale of church supplies, religious articles and candles for liturgical, commercial and residential use.
Our team, composed of André, Pierrette, Phil, Ghislain and Marcelle, makes it their mission to offer you quality service and products, always with a smile!
